Dr. Ali Nurhan Özbaba was born in kahramanmaraş in 1956 Dr. Ali Nurhan . He started his education at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine (English), and in 1989 he received the title of the Medical Doctor.

He started his specialization in Gazi University Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery Department. During his specialization, he worked intensively on reconstructive microsurgery, which is his special interest.
